Tariff

Captain K’s offers you the unique combination of privacy coupled with most resort style amenities and facilities. It has only two deluxe rooms, each with attached baths, televisions and air conditioners.

Deluxe Room (upto 2 adults) – Rs. 9,000/- per day
Extra Adult (12 years and above) – Rs. 1,500/- per head per day

The above tariff is inclusive of room rent, breakfast, tea and the use of all available facilities and amenities, unless otherwise mentioned.

AVAILABILITY: October 1st to June 30th
MINIMUM NOTICE REQUIRED: 24 hrs

Right of admission reserved

All male groups will not be entertained

Captain K’s offers you delicious home-cooked cuisine for breakfast & dinner
Breakfast and tea are included in the Tariff

DINNER (on order only)

Local Kodava - Rs. 700/- per person per day

Mangalorean-Goan - Rs. 700/- per person per day

Anglo-Indian - Rs. 700/- per person per day

Mediterranean - Rs. 800/- per person per day

Fusion Barbeque - Rs. 800/- per person per day

Reservations & Cancellations

RESERVATION POLICY:

To reserve your booking, 50% of the total Room Tariff must be paid in advance, either in Cash or via Bank Transfer, within one week of enquiry.

BOOKINGS WILL BE CONFIRMED ONLY ON RECEIPT OF THE ABOVE

(In case of late transfers, the money shall be refunded, less 10% as service charge.)

Check in time: 2 PM
Check out time: 11 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of confirmed bookings will occur as follows:

– No refund for cancellations made 10 days or less ahead of the check in date
– 50% refund for cancellations made between 10 and 30 days ahead of the check in date
– During your stay if you do not avail of breakfast or tea, no deductions will be made on the tariff

MODE OF REFUND

Refunds, if any, will be reimbursed only by cheque or bank transfer.
